Einfach zu finden, check-in problemlos. Die Küche ist hell (2 Fenster) und geräumig, Kaffee und Tee stehen bereit. Toller Pelletofen in der Küche. Riesiger Kühlschrank und 4 Fächer Gefrierteil. Im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, rin Einzelbett und eine Matratze - also für 4 Personen. Wenn msn das große Sofa und das Futon-ähnliche Teil dazurechnet, können 6 Personen dort schlafen.

Die Toilette ist zwischen Küche und Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. Man muss also durch das Badezimmer durchgehen und somit direkt an der Toilette vorbei . Im, unserer Ansicht nach, ungemütlichen Wohn-/Schlafzimmer gab es nur ein kleines Dachfenster. Abgesehen davon, dass es dunkel ist, reicht mir die Luft nicht für einen erholsamen Schlaf.

"A lovely, comfortable place to stay for a visit to explore Airolo and environs."

The location, access and parking were straightforward. The instructions from the property were clear, including being totally transparent about the need to pay a small city tax (which is normal in Europe and sometimes included and sometimes not). The furniture and bed were comfortable.

The bathroom (shower only) and (separate) single toilet were sufficient if a bit confined spaces; they worked well for a couple but might challenge a family of 4.

La camera è particolare, ha una bella atmosfera, è spaziosa e i letti sono molto comodi. Parcheggio privato.

Il bagno è passante per andare dall’ingresso alla camera e ha una parte con soffitto basso dove è facile sbattere la testa. La cucina potrebbe essere attrezzata un po’ meglio.

Soggiorno perfetto! Questo piccolo monolocale non è lussuoso, ma è davvero confortevole e situato in una posizione comodissima, vicino a tutto. Un grande vantaggio è il parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta. L'interno è arredato con cura e molto completo; non manca nulla, incluse asciugamani in abbondanza. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il pensiero dei proprietari: essendo ancora freddo fuori, abbiamo trovato la stufa a pellet già accesa, rendendo l'ambiente caldo e accogliente fin dal nostro arrivo. Tutto impeccabile, consigliatissimo

Tutto impeccabile, consigliatissimo! Solo come piccola nota informativa per i futuri ospiti: si dorme tutti in un unico ambiente (monolocale), cosa che per noi non è stata affatto un problema, ma è utile saperlo per l'organizzazione
