"Couldn’t spend the night and nobody’s responding"

We got the wrong code to the lock and had to search for more than 1 hour at night in the freezing cold with a baby. Couldn’t stay the night and had to sleep in the car. Asked them if we could work anything out like a refund but nobody’s responding anymore sadly.

Gute Lage direkt an der Autobahn

Kein warmes Wasser. Heizungen waren bei Ankunft komplett aus und nichtmal eingesteckt. Es ist die ganze Nacht über nicht richtig warm geworden. Wir konnten nicht duschen weil das Wasser kalt war. Keine wirkliche Hilfe in den Angelegenheiten.
