The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The place looked nice and under normal circumstances it could have been a pleasant stay.

The main problem was reliability. On the check-in day, after the booking was already confirmed, the host first sent me the key box code. Later the same day, I was informed that a water pipe had broken and that the apartment could not be handed over. Because of this, the accommodation was not available on the check-in day and I had to contact Booking.com customer service to resolve the situation and get a refund. This caused stress, wasted time, and uncertainty during my trip.
