Prostor, podlahové topení v koupelně, velikost vany, možnost pračky myčky a ledničky, možnost dřívějšího a pozdějšího odchodu, přijatelnost lokace ohledně obchodů a veřejné dopravy, možnost regulace termostatu, poměrně slušné vybavení, prostorná skříň.

Díra v koupelně, lišta nebyly uchyceny správně, netěsní okna velký hluk, tupé nože, chybí soda do pračky, světlo nelícuje se stropem v ložnici/obývák vypadá že spadne,klička v ložnici obývák nemožnost regulovat teplotu na topení nefunguje otáčení, na chodbě schody neupravené, chybí zatemnění kuchyně a ložnice a koupelny.
