Modern APT with river view near city center&train

Dass es nicht noch schlechter war.

Dass im Badezimmer und in der Küche am Abend Tausende von Ameisen waren. Eine davon hat mich wohl in der Nacht gestochen, so dass ich eine Wundrose bekommen habe und mich ärztlich behandeln lassen musste. Der Besitzer war nicht in der Stadt und hat nichts unternommen. Die Ameisen waren zwar am Morgen wieder weg, aber an der Wundrose laboriere ich jetzt noch.

Vi havde ret mange myrer i lejligheden specielt den første aften, lidt træls. Ved ikke om udlejer er klar over det, men ellers kunne det være rart at man fik denne viden og at der måske var “middel” til bekæmpelse, for de er jo ikke farlige. En lampe over spisebordet kunne være fint

Upon arriving we felt the area was run down, and the street felt unsafe. The entrance and stairs were in disrepair, no hand rails up the stairs. Upon entering the apartment there was a musty smell, and many flies and ants. Especially in kitchen area and bathroom. The sink in the bathroom, was cracked, and the grout around the bath was dirty. The apartment description said bath or shower. There was no shower!! Curtains were hanging off the rail in the bedroom! Inner court yard??? There wasn't one!! Just an overgrown wilderness.(no wonder there were so many ants and flies) We contacted the host on the day of arrival concerning the pest problem. But never came to deal with it. All in all the apartment looked uncared for, and gave no regard to the thoughts or feelings of European guests who may stay in it. In many years of cycle touring in Europe, this is without doubt the worst accomodation ever, and should not be included on Booking.com who we have used with trust over those years.

The flat that is shown in booking.com is very nice and well equipped.

The host is renting two flats in the same building (this one is on the 3rd floor and another one on the 1st floor) and the cleaning lady mistakenly switched the keys in the boxes, so we got the keys for a flat we didn't actually rent. That flat looks far different to this one, with old furniture/equipment and a strange/bad smell that we could barely stand. We did not complain yet thinking that probably the host changed the flat to make it easy for us because we were having a stroller, but the following day he contacted us to tell us about the mistake and told us to move to the one upstairs, which was nice of him, but we had to do it quickly because another person was coming that day to the flat downstairs. All these things made the trip somehow unpleasant and we even left the flat one night before expected. I'm adding a couple of photos from the bathroom from the flat downstairs.

Very nice and clean accommodation. The room was comfortable with nice view.
