"Tankless water heating does not work properly. Therefore there is no warm water in the appartement."

Location Beautiful bathtub, a shame that you can't fill it with warm water.

Tankless water heating does not work properly. Therefore there is no warm water in the appartement. Mattresses are from poor quality and definitely need a change. As long as this isn't solved I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

Location is really great Bath is big enough for two

Two things really spoiled the stay here. The boiler absolutely does not work for both showering and running the bath. The toilet flush is broken. If these two things were fixed it would be fantastic.

"Exceptional"

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The Labe cycle path is just some meters away and the city and main station are easily accessible by foot. Definitely recommended.

Flexibility of arrival time; spacious; cool bath; view of river.

Even though we reserved for 4 people we had to make the sofa beds ourselves. Not a big deal, rather a minor inconvenience.
