I loved that the place is in the central so everything it’s close .

Only that you can hear a noises from different flats as the acoustic I guess .

Separate keys for both of us, little kitchen (microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes). A big room (usually for 2 people rooms are smaller). Parking spot in the garage.

In the beginning it's hard to find (we park the car and go to 3 floor, then to 1 floor where the reception and the clinic is - I didn't know that it's related :D ) - it's not a minus if you like riddle's :D

Friendly Staff, clean and well put together

Everything was mostly fine! Quite place near city center! Good and safe place with friendly host. Isolated and clean place.

Kitchen is shared, but OK! Also, I need to turn on air conditioner, as central gas system did not work, but Ok.

The place is quiet, safe and very well located in Brno in the Center of Brno behind the Castle, University..., in the same block of buildings (it s a big one) is Pivnice U Čápa a Pub where to try traditional Czech food and Beer. The space is very clean and modern. It is inner courtyard, but a very big patio feel like exterior but safer. It is looking East which makes the room sunny in the mornings and quiet at night.

The room size is not 30 m2, more like 20 if we count half of the shared kitchen, for me alone it was fine.
