The location is good. The room is clean and bright with big windows.

Beautiful place to stay, very close to the city center. The communication with the owner was perfect.

Location, lift.. even tho you have to go through multiple doors

Misleading description, it isn’t an apartment. It is a hospital looking room with uncomfortable beds on which you can’t sit because they’re too high. It gets very loud because of the shared kitchen, you can hear every sound, so annoying

The accomodation is an great location. You can reach the main points of the city on foot. It is a single bed but it has some buttons to incline it to get better sleep. The AC works perfectly. Easy to access the location once you've got the keys. The place is clean and with towels and a hair dryer.

The shower head could be better. And the check in process should be more efficient. You have to give a precise arrival time and sometimes you might be delayed and you are in a rush to make it on time. The mattress should be higher so you are not scratching yourself with the edge of the bed.

A non-luxurious option to stay in Brno for a reasonable money. Located in the backyard, so very quiet and both studios are in a common space, so good thing if there are more people wanting to be together but independent. Located within walking distance ot the center and with good Brno public transport.

It's not a 5* hotel, so the facilities are simple but sufficient. Beside that, no problems.

I liked everything - the location, the comfort, the flexibility of the staff - but you should keep in mind that it's not a hotel, but rather a hospital that rents out rooms. So the room is actually a ward, although a pretty comfortable one. If you are OK with that - the place is a great value for the money!
