Location is absolutely amazing!!

The location

- it smelled really bad of cigarettes - On Wednesday night there was a party under the apartment that made noise until 4am and I couldn't sleep. - the apartment has many defects… the floors are in a terrible condition, … - the owners were anything but helpful

The host provided a very clear video on how to find the apartment and get keys, along with parking options and other info. Good location, close to parking and the main square.

We really wanted to like this apartment but it disappointed. The apartment was a little tired. Damaged tiles, some furniture was unclean, and the lights in one of the bedrooms weren’t working. Irregular layout including very small toilet room (cupboard size). Didn’t have a separate toaster as advertised (this may have been considered as part of the grill / microwave). The pillows need replacing as they are small and thin.

The location is exceptional, and there's plenty of space in the apartment for all of us for breakfast. We had apartment 3, 3 bedrooms and 1 living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Fridge and kettle, no cooker, but a handy washing-up bowl to do dishes in the bathroom on top of the washing machine.

Cigarette smoke came up from the street below, there is a bar there, and whilst we didn't hear them, we had to close the window occasionally.

Not a Secure Place - A Terrible Experience We spent the Easter holidays with our children in the apartment. Already upon arrival, there was the first shock: the apartment key was not in the specified key box as described. The box was already empty. After an hour of waiting, a man and a woman from the cleaning service arrived arguing and gave us a key. The apartment was overall okay and matched the description. However, the toilet was very dirty, the kettle was broken, and there was no coffee maker. On the first night around 11:30 p.m., someone was already tampering with the apartment door. When my wife opened the door, she only heard one person running down the stairs. Unfortunately, the apartment entrance door did not give a very secure impression. It already showed old signs of break-ins and wobbled in the lock. The door handles were only those of a simple interior door and were not security fittings as is usually standard for apartment entrance doors. Due to the restaurant on the ground floor and the bar on the first floor, the staircase is open all night and accessible to everyone. We went to sleep with an uneasy feeling. The next day when we returned from our trip in the evening, came the big shock, a theft. The door was locked, but the whole apartment was ransacked. All valuables were missing (tablet, laptop, electric shaver, wash bags including contents, as well as all our passports). The thieves must have had a spare key or a copy of the key. Our host arrived shortly afterward to call the police, file a report, and change the lock cylinder. The whole process took over three hours. Our children just wanted to go home because they no longer felt safe in this apartment, and we couldn't sleep a wink all night. The next morning, we had to go to the police again to sign the witness statements, and then we left a day early, completely frustrated.
