Excellent apartments in Spa City Center 5 min walk from the Colonnade

Nejhorší noční můra. V pokoji dvě stěny obloženy zrcadly od země až ke stropu, třetí stěna červená. Jak v nevěstinci. Postele vrzaly při sebemenším pohybu. Klimatizace nefungovala, což je v podkroví při 30 C ve stínu celkem problém. Měli jsme zaplaceny dvě noci, po první jsme odjeli.

Klid v domě a velké prostory v bytě. Výborná komunikace s paní na úklid

Lepší komunikace s pronajímajícím. Na tel. číslo určené k případným dotazům nikdo nereagoval. Na určený email ke komunikaci nikdo neodpověděl

Cena. Wielkość apartamentu.

Ulica zaniedbana, dużo domów sąsiednich w złym stanie, nawierzchnia ulicy okropna i bardzo stroma. Nie wszystkim przypadnie do gustu wspinanie się około 70 metrów w górę ponad poziom deptaka.

El espacio, las comodidades, la ubicación. Está equipado con todo lo necesario.

No recordaba que era en un cuarto o quinto piso y con la valija se hizo complicada la subida; pero valió la pena.

Der Ablauf war reibungslos. Das Appartement war soweit ich gesehen habe gut ausgestattet, aber ich habe nichts gebraucht. Ich habe weder gekocht, noch fern gesehen oder ähnliches, da ich erst abends angereist und am nächsten Morgen bereits wieder weiter gefahren bin.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider sehr schlecht. Ich musste weit entfernt parken, da ich weder einen kostenfreien noch einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden habe, der noch frei war.

Very spacious apartment, located in a nice area right next to the Colonnades. The host provided quite detailed instructions on entering the building, collecting the key, and parking.

Too many little things that show a lack of maintenance: clogged shower sink, malfunctioning toilet flush, empty soap dispensers. I am 195 cm tall, the blankets were 180 cm long. The person who picked them should try sleeping under a blanket 15 cm shorter than their height, and share their impressions. The tourist tax is supposed to be paid in cash for some reason, while the rest of Czech Republic accepts cards, so for me the departure morning started from an ATM search and paying 85% commission for the cash withdrawal.
