Excellent apartments in Spa City Center 5 min walk from the Colonnade

Kuchyň dostatečně vybavená, prostoru dost, Netflix k dispozici a na lokalitu byl celkem klid.

Poprvé dávám horší hodnocení, protože při příjezdu jsem stále neměla pin ke key boxu (stále jsem čekala, že dorazí alespoň v čase uvedeném mnou jako příjezd) a ani jeden telefon nereagoval na hovor, sms, ani Whatsapp. Až hodinu a půl po příjezdu mi majitel odeslal pin a to bez jakékoliv omluvy. Přišlo mi to celkem neprofesionální. Další mínus vidím v tom, že byl k dispozici pouze ručník do sprchy, na ruce nebyl ani na wc, ani v koupelně a také značení hotelu u zadního vchodu je obráceně a šipka vás vede druhou stranou, chvíli trvá, než vchod najdete, i když vám pošlou fotku dveří a krkolomný překlad návodu), jsou totiž dost zapadlé.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhaeltnis. Lage relativ central.

Kommunikation war mittelmäßig. Unnötig lange Erklärungen aber das Wesentliche war nicht direkt erklärt. Der Weg runter zur Kolonnade war extrem steil und bergauf war eine echte Herausforderung.

Larvae in the shower. No air conditioning as advertised. Three months later, the promised compensation disappeared like steam above the Karlovy Vary hot springs. Because of the unreliable service at this property, guests may unexpectedly need to urgently search for alternative accommodation in one of the most expensive spa cities in the region after already fully paying for this apartment, which may be especially difficult during high season or for budget travellers. Because there were no basic living conditions (no heating and no hot water), I requested during the first days of my stay to cancel the reservation and receive a refund. However, the host ignored Booking.com’s requests, first regarding cancellation and later, even more than 3 months afterward, regarding symbolic compensation (for only 2 nights, although I spent 5 nights in other hotels at my own expense). This happened despite the host publicly stating that compensation had supposedly been approved, while according to Booking.com support, this was never actually confirmed by the host and therefore still could not be processed. This was my 11th visit to Karlovy Vary. I booked 12 nights for medical treatment purposes. Upon arrival, there was no heating or hot water, and the indoor temperature was 12°C. Despite this, the host continued accepting guests and repeatedly promised the issue would be fixed “within a few days,” without offering any immediate solution. As a result, I moved to another hotel for several nights at my own expense. Even after the host claimed the issue was resolved, the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and second room remained only 15–17°C, while only one room reached around 18–20°C. There were also larvae in the shower (not “forest fauna”), suggesting an ongoing sanitary or plumbing issue, so I checked out earlier than planned. I also witnessed other guests leaving because of the same unresolved problems.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Was wir am besten fanden war die extra Beschreibungen zwecks einchecken, auschecken, parken, Wege ins Zentrum, Essen Möglichkeiten, wie der Fernseher funktioniert, und viel mehr. Ich habe noch nie ein Unterkunft gehabt das alles so einfach macht. Wirklich ein Traum.

Einzige was noch gefehlt hat war ein Toaster.
