Check-in unkompliziert über Schlüsselkasten – leider war das auch schon das einzig Positive.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss. Der Weg dorthin ist allerdings sehr unordentlich: Flure sind mit Sperrmüll und Fahrrädern zugestellt, was Fluchtwege blockiert und Sicherheitsbedenken aufwirft. Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet, aber leider in keinem guten Zustand: Möbel stark verstaubt, Spinnweben an der Decke, der Boden deutlich abgenutzt und dreckig. Rauchwarnmelder fehlten – obwohl sie gesetzlich vorgeschrieben sind. Sicherheitsmangel. Das Badezimmer war sehr ungepflegt. Die Dusche war nicht sauber, Wandverkleidungen lösen sich – Badeschlappen sind dringend zu empfehlen. In der Nacht war es laut – ab Mitternacht mehrmals lautes Türenknallen auf dem Flur. Schlaf war kaum möglich. In der Wohnung: kein WLAN, zumindest war das Passwort nirgends zu finden. Vermieter antwortet nicht auf Zuschriften/Telefon. Fazit: Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Sicherheit und Ruhe legt, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob diese Unterkunft geeignet. Deshalb gebe ich das erste Mal bei Booking: 0 Punkte!

Nothing to be honest.It would be a nice experience if I could stay there .I’d like a refund

I couldn’t even stay there even one day.I visited and left immediately as there were people there doing hard drugs and I’m was an alone girl and didn’t feel safe enough to stay and the owner would not listen or even give the place a visit at all.

Owner of the property did call me once stating that I have stolen smth from him and when I tried to explain it he did not even try to listen to me. I went to the Police to do a claim against him as he also called me stupid without any reason and only after that he called to apologize because he have mistaken me for someone else! Very poor behaviour and at least he should have refunded me the money back for the inconvinience caused! I did not even slept there the 2-nd night because I cannot stay where I do not feel a guest even though I paid for it.

The kitchen is good, the area is quite and accessible via public transportation. Internet is ok. The staff are nice but I didn't see anyone except on the day I left.

It's not the nicest neighborhood really, the bathroom is not the best shape, towels and pillows were worn out and the room was really small you can barely fit one luggage bqg
