the keys were not in the key box so I called the phone number that was left on the booking site, when I finally managed to get someone on telefon I was told that they would bring the key in fifteen minutes, after two hours of waiting I called again and no one answered or responded to messages. I was left without a place to stay and had to find my way in the rain and end up sleeping in the car after the night shift. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.

It wasn't expensive

The stairs, they were a bit difficult to go upstairs with suitcases

Great value for money, nice town centre, plenty of greenery.

Young drivers would meet up in the market outside and party late into the night. Not very clean. Impossible to get hold of the host. Shower needs renovation and water goes down with difficulty.

The bed wasn't confortable, no ironing, I couldn't close one of the window blind and no one was able to pick the call when I needed assistance.

The bed was comfy but the bedroom was a little dirty and the heating sistem only work on half on its surface and you could hear the water circulating through pipes

Wasn't the best stay.

Kitchen had basic equipment, fridge, possible to cook. Rooms had wifi. Bathroom needs renovation but for the price it was I guess it was ok.

Owner has absolutely no interest in communicating with tenants, I booked 2 rooms for total of 4 people, only got code to 1 lockbox which contained 1 room key. Owner would not respond to phone nor mails even though it would only take giving the code to another lockbox. As a result we had really bad time solving the situation with booking.com support.
