"Nice big apartment, easy key collection and parking, good facilities"

Huge apartment with lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, has parking on driveway.

The apartment was very hot, there was a fan in the bedroom but still very hot. The pillows were not very substantial. We had missed calls and texts asking us to check out and leave at 11:15 when Booking.com clearly stated check out was until 12:00. We left promptly a few minutes after the calls/messages and I pointed out to the host that the website says 12:00 incase this was perhaps a mistake and I got no reply.

The free wi-fi did not work! This was very disappointing as I had no data during my stay at all and I relied on the free wi-fi completely. I did not have a German or EU data sim card with me. This was a huge let down by both hosts. I contacted the hosts three times that the wi-fi does not work and if they could help me and that I tried all different combination of the password they listed on their welcome sheet but I was completely ignored! The welcome sheet had the password amended with a black marker and it was not clear what the password was. There were five wifi networks in the house but the welcome sheet did not say what network belongs to the apartment. I tried all possible combination but I did not figure it out!

"Passable"

Very clean

It's an upstairs flat and the downstairs people were very smelly. The bed was so soft and thin I slept on the floor.

"Functional stay"

Easy to find house with clear enough instructions that was good for a one-night stay on the way back home. Functional for our needs, good enough price-quality ratio.

Kitchen with mismatched dishes and cutlery. It was cold in the house and we could not figure out how to warm it without contacting the host.
