"Authentic little cottage close to the centre"

Location is fantastic, about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its bars/restaurants/sights. Lovely little old house with an authentic feel. Nice to have the option of a garden to sit in. Comfortable mattress. Clean apartment. Communication with owner was easy and fast. Check in/check out process was very easy.

The property gets very hot in summer and there’s no fan in the room. Opening the windows isn’t a possibility due to the number of bees/wasps/spiders living in the plants growing up the walls of the property. We may have been unlucky but we were woken by the bin collection at 05:30 three mornings running so I’d recommend ear plugs as the bin men were very loud for about 15 minutes. The roadworks aren’t directly outside the property but the people doing the roadworks stored their equipment outside the house so we were woken at 07:00 with them chatting/turning on vehicles. The tv is really really little and is in a cupboard too far from the bed to be able to watch.

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub im alten Häusler in Bamberg! Die Gastgeberin war sehr, sehr nett, hilfsbereit, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Tolle Unterkunft im genialer Lage. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!
