"Mit entsprechender Vorbereitung gerne wieder."

Hervorragend: gute Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnenvorrat. Gut Lage mit kurzen Entfernungen zur Tram und zum Einkaufen (Rewe, dm, Takko). Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne bis hin zum Rathausturm.

Wir kennen die Fewo und haben sie erneut gewählt, diesmal mit einer eigenen Lampe für das Bad ausgestattet - leider ist der Spiegel dort noch immer nicht wirklich nutzbar.

"Hat alles gepasst"

Rewe und Apotheke gleich ums Eck. Der getönte Spiegel im Bad und die Beleuchtung im Bad fand ich nicht so gut. Man musste zwar für den Code des Haustür Schlüssels extra noch Kontakt aufnehmen aber es wurde prompt geantwortet.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch für Ausflüge sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung, sauber und ordentlich, gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Tramhaltestelle vor der Tür

Für die Schlüsselübergabe musste man erst an eine andere Adresse fahren (mit Auto machbar, für Reisende per ÖV wäre dies beschwerlich). Vorschlag: Gut wäre noch ein Vorleger, bzw. eine Schuhablage für nasse Schuhe - zum Schutz für den Flurboden.
