Sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell an der Nordsee, in Oldenburg oder am See.

Viele tolle bodentiefe Fenster, die aber leider mit Gardinen zugehängt werden müssen, weil man von jeder Seite in den Wohnbereich schauen kann. Dadurch wirkt die Wohnung eher dunkel.
