Grundsätzlich gute Einrichtung und auch grundlegend sauber. Großzügig und viel Platz. Gutes Internet. Große Küche. Mit etwas mehr Liebe und Zuneigung definitiv brauchbar. Aktuell enttäuschend.

Bei genauerem hinsehen dann doch nicht so sauber. Vor allem im Bad starke Feuchtigkeitsschäden und Schimmel in den Fugen. An der Decke löst sich schon was. Tapeten sind lose. Allgemein brauch die Wohnung mal wieder etwas liebe, Potential ist aufjedenfall vorhanden. In der Dusche sind am Boden die Fugen gerissen. Hier sollte der Eigentümer handeln, wenn nicht schon zu spät. Ich vermute hier bereits einen Wasserschaden. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Utensilien vertragen.
