Zentral gelegen vom Zinger /Semperoper 450 m entfernt

Das Bad ist klein, ein Teil der Duschwand hat gefehlt und die Dusche hatte leicht Schimmel an der unteren Wand.

Diese kleine süße Ferienwohnung ist sauber und alles vorhanden was man so für ein Wochenende, oder vielleicht auch eine Woche brauch. In der süße kleinen Küche ist Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle,eine kleine Kochnische Gläser, Tassen, Teller, Töpfe alles da. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sofort erreichbar wenn es Probleme gibt. In 10 min zu Fuß erreicht man den Zwinger, das Schloß und die Altstadt. Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke.

"Das Apartement ist an sich gut eingerichtet. Es muss aber die Sauberkeit und die Einstellung der Heizung verbessert werd"

Eigentlich eine gute Ausstattung, gute Lage in Laufweite zur Innenstadt

Leider fehlte es allgemein an der Sauberkeit. Eine Duschtür fehlte komplett, die Dusche ist innen sehr schmutzig. Wir hatten die Heizung nachts abgestellt, sie fing nachts geräuschvoll an maximal zu heizen. Deshalb war der Schlaf sehr gestört.

"Una città tutta da scoprire e che sta recuperando il tempo perduto"

Posizione quasi centrale con due supermarket nelle vicinanze. Parco a 300 metri e vicino allo Zwinger

L'ingresso e la porta d'ingresso lasciano un po' a desiderare.
