"Superb"

It was a nice place to stay while visiting Dresden. Contactless check-in was easy and the host was very clear & detailed about what to expect. It's also within walking distance of the main sights which is convenient.

The apartment had a lot of character for the size of it. There was tea and coffee available to use and the apartment is close by to the train station and the main city attractions.

"Good value for money (possibly with exception of summer months due to noise from outside cafe)."

Convenient locality, easily accessible by public transport. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed.

If it was summer when people like to sit outside the cafe in the neighboring house, it might be too noisy. The armchair in the living room was not suitable for sitting (looks nice but is extremely uncomfortable). However, you can bring a chair from the kitchen which was okay.
