"Posizione centrale ma tranquilla"

Camera ampia e piacevolmente decorata. Macchina da caffè e cucina ben attrezzata. Posizione centrale ma tranquilla.

La ventilazione in bagno non funzionava sicché l'appartamento era un po' umido. Piano cottura sporco.

"Der erste Eindruck trübt"

Das Treppenhaus ist hellhörig. Das Sofa ist zur deko, man spürt jede Sprungfeder, die Matraze ist sehr weich, diverse kleine Küchenutensilien fehlen, keine Schöpfkelle, Pfannenwender, Messbecher, Topflappen, Schneebesen, Auflaufform, große Pfanne, Die Terasse ist eingepflasteter Hinterhof den man sich mit der anderen FEWO teilen muss, Unkraut zu hauf.

"Wir würden wieder kommen ... :-)"

Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig, keine störenden Geräusche. Die Inneneinrichtung war passend aufeinander abgestimmt. Sehr zentrale Lage, vieles konnte zu Fuss bzw. mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden.

Du öffnest die Tür, und es riecht nach Weichspüler... Wir hassen Weichspüler ... Bitte beim nächsten Mal für unsere Bettwäsche keinen Weichspüler verwenden, bitte, bitte, bitte, ... Es dauerte ein paar Minuten (wir haben die Zeit nicht gestoppt, aber gefühlt dauerte es schon ganz schön lang) bis in der Dusche, am Waschbecken und in der Küche Warmwasser kam.

"Apartment is in great location, amenities are worn out."

The location is great and the size of apartment is fine for one or two persons. The key was easy enough to get.

The bathroom has a mould and/or blocked drain issue as the apartment smells strongly of sewage, particularly when the wash basin and/or shower hasn't been used in a while. The amenities inside the apartment look extremely tired (broken door handles on kitchen drawers, furniture, weirdly noisy fridge).
