Die Lage war super, trotzdem die Feuerwache nur 100 m entfernt war. Es war ruhig trotz der Schnellstraße gleich seitlich des Küchenfensters. Durch die hohen Räume war es auch nicht so heiß.

Die Mischbatterie in der Dusche war gewöhnungsbedürftig, denn sie hat, wenn warmes Wasser gebraucht wurde, nicht kaltes hinzugefügt, das Wasser wurde immer wärmer. Zum Abduschen , baeh.....

"Ideal für den Städtetrip"

Lage ist sehr zentral. Zu Fuß ist fast alles gut erreichbar. Ausstattung ist sehr gut.

Stellplatz für Pkw muss man erst suchen, da wenig freie Plätze. Gegenüber ist die Feuerwehr- und Notarztwache. Und durch Baustellen sind einige Plätze weggefallen.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen had basic equipment

The advert said: WiFi...... there was none for the whole week despite us reporting this Ground floor apartment....... it was on the 3rd floor up 44 steps ( we chose ground floor as we have arthritis) Free private parking...... there was none and we had to park a long way from the property Central location....... it is 4 trams stops from the centre of town Quiet....... it is next to: a building site , a busy dual carriageway and the main hub for fire police and ambulance We asked the owners for a partial refund as it was not as advertised. They did not reply. They also ghosted us on the phone. Caveat emptor! I would not recommend this property

We missed some items in the kitchen (proper fry-pan, variety of knives, big cups for tea...), but none of these was even critical.
