Appartement großzügiges 2-Zimmer-Appartement im Zentrum von Potsdam direkt an der Havel

Very new flat, very clean, equipped with everything you would need for 4 people; good location: next to Havel river, few meters from tram stop, short walk to restaurants and bars, 300m to supermarket, great value for money

There was not enough toilet paper for the time and amount of people, at arrival 15.00 the room was not yet ready cleaned and we had to wait, while it was expected of us to check out already at 10.00 (which I find pretty early). The house is currently under construction, there is an additional construction site next to the house and opposite there is a fire station - so there is drilling and hammering during the day and possible noise in the night (it did not bother us and construction is temporary, but would have been good to mention)

Super noisy - road, construction and 24/7 emergency faucilities next door, super noisy apartment above early in the morning. Apartment full of cigarete smell. Lake of hospitality from the owner. Sofa bed is just sofa, not the bed and the owner refuses to give you sheets for that. Lack of cleaning.

The apartment is spacious and well decorated. It has good furniture, lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment smelled like cigarettes which was awful, and is located next to a huge active construction site, while the building itself is being renovated. When you consider the nearby bridge, the street and the construction, you should expect substantial noise all day through.

Coffee machine and harmonium.

No wifi facility and no streaming services like Netflix. Also room heater should be able to make the room more warm.

Very nice, clean and spacy apartment in nice old tenament house on a quiet street by the Hawela River. About 1 km walking distance to almost all Potsdam attractions.
