Toilet. And Bath. Water clogs in the Bath and spread over all the toilet.

Nothing, absolutely appalling!!

For starters the front of the property was covered in graffiti with rubbish piled up outside and a bike chained to the bars across the bedroom window I was staying in. The bathroom smelt of sewage and was not properly clean, lots of spiders and cobwebs. Bulbs had gone in two of the lights. The curtains didn’t cover the window properly, so people could see into the bedroom from the street. I tried bringing the outdoor shutter down to give privacy in the room and it got stuck so the room was in pitch black all the time unless you had a light on. Overall, absolutely appalling.

Location was perfect, the rain was constant and the lights from the building opposite lit my room all night. But the apartment was adequate and I am happy

Could not collect the keys as arranged, no key code to get in the key box. 10 minute tram ride back to the apartment. Thanks to some stranger who gained access, I got my keys otherwise it would have been a night sleeping rough. 10 phone call and two messages and I still have not had a reply. 0/10, must try harder.

The property is modernly equipped, very clean, and comfortable. The location is great and close to the city center.

The collection of keys was in another district, 2.5km away, not ideal if you don't travel by car. The personell for the key collection were friendly.

Pros- Perfect location. Just in the heart of the city. Public transport is quite easily accessible. The rooms are very big and spacious. Although located in the heart of the city it is still very quiet. It also has a big balcony. Across the street is a nice walking area. Staff was very nice, we requested a early checking in advance and they made it happen. .

Cons- The balcony was not cleaned. Bathroom is not clean. Shower area has moulds. Water leaks through the shower door and make whole bathroom full. Not enough cooking utensils for 7 people.
