Good price for Dresden. Silent, safe and cosy district. Free parking right in front of the house. Spacious rooms. Friendly host. There are supermarkets 1 km from the place.

Washing mashing doesn't have quick mode. Can be challenging to get to the center by foot (). Internet connection was terrible, be prepared to use an alternative option for the Internet.
