"Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub."

Die Lage war super, sehr nah am Strand und dem Boulevard. Die Umgebung war sehr gut, von gastronomischen Einrichtungen bis hin zu Supermärkten und Shoppingeinrichtungen.

Die Aussicht war nicht so toll, auf den Hinterhof. Die Couch war zum Lümmeln zu klein und der Fernseher war auch sehr winzig. Parkplatz etwas weiter weg.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Einkaufen ist mit extrem kurzen Wegen möglich. Die Aussicht zur See unbezahlbar.

Die Wohnung sollte wirklich nur für 4 Personen angeboten werden. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist schon im Sitzen nicht soooo gemütlich. Und die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien könnte auch etwas aufgefüllt werden. Das sind aber wirklich nur kleine Randbemerkungen. Einzig, die Parksituation ist wirklich nicht so gut geregelt, das Auto auf dem Zentralparkplatz. Finde ich persönlich zu weit weg. Wichtig wäre es in meinen Augen auch vom Vermieter eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder bereit zu stellen. Das ist wirklich ein Mangel. Ansonsten alles top.

"Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub"

Zentrale Lage der Wohnung war top, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung, zum Meer war es eine Gehminute. Die Wohnung ist ansich gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, privater Parkplatz zwar nicht direkt vor der Unterkunft aber vorhanden. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Das obere Kinderzimmer bzw. Schlafzimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, zwei Betten ein Nachtisch fertig. Die Schlafcouch braucht dringend eine Reparatur, das Liegeteil zum ausziehen ist ständig aus der Verankerung gesprungen und dem zu folge war es sehr unkomfortabel bis störend. Hier und da ist etwas auszutauschen was in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr ganz so schön aussieht, wie zb. Küchenstühle, Balkonstühle unten, Fön, und Staubsauger mit wenig Leistung. Thema Sauberkeit, ja hier und da könnte man etwas gründlicher putzen. Grad in den Ecken, unter den Möbeln zb.Betten und Couch.
