"Wohnung in top Lage nahe der Strandpromenade und vielen Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten"

Die Wohnung ist in einer top Lage. Nur 2 min. Bis zum Strand und ins Zentrum der Strandpromenade. Sehr viele Lokale schnell erreichbar. Auch ein Supermarkt (Edeka) ist in nur 3 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Bahnhof sind es nur 15 min. zu Fuß und auch mit Koffer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Für 2 Personen eine sehr gute Alternative zu einem Hotel. Parkplätze sind im Innenhof, die wir aber nicht gebraucht haben, da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind

Der eine oder andere Ausstattungsgegenstand müsste ersetzt werden.

"Das Wetter und die Lage waren super… Das Apartment war zweckmäßig"

Die Möbel waren sehr alt , die Sessel abgenutzt.. auf dem Balkon ein unbequemer Stuhl … Fußleiste an der Balkontür war kaputt…

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist sehr vorteilhaft. 3 min bis zum Strand.

Die Wohnubg ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich die Sessel könnten neue werden. Das Bett war bequem und der Balkon bietet bei schönem Wetter Entspannung.

Die Lage ist top! 100m bis zur Promade und zum Strand mit Seebrücke.

Diese Wohnung hat keinen dazugehörigen Parkplatz. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz im Zentrum wird aber zugewiesen. Die Wohnung ist zufriedenstellend eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Leider sind die Matratzen super unbequem. Die Wohnung bekommt kaum Tageslicht und beide Fenster sind zu einer anderen Hauswand ausgerichtet. Einen Balkon gibt es nicht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt über dem Eingang des Hauses in einer Gasse daher ist es sehr laut( ob Gespräche oder Türschließung).
