Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich nah am Strand.

Guten Tag, wir würden die Unterkunft insgesamt positiv bewerten, haben jedoch zwei wesentliche Anmerkungen. Binz ist ein Kurort, in dem es nicht einfach ist, auf den Straßen zu parken. Daher ist es bei der Ankunft und Abreise problematisch, das Gepäck vor dem Haus zu laden. Bei der Ankunft hielten wir notgedrungen in der Nähe des Büros an, um die Schlüssel abzuholen, und wurden sofort fotografiert. Ich weiß nicht, wie es weitergehen wird. Die zweite Anmerkung betrifft die unterschiedliche Vorstellung von einem Zustellbett. Viele Zimmer werden als 2+1 beworben. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit, 4 Zimmer zu sehen, aber ich würde das Zustellbett als sehr beengte Schlafmöglichkeit bewerten und empfehle, während des Aufenthalts nicht damit zu rechnen. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, sodass Sie für normalen Komfort nur mit zwei Betten in üblicher Hotelqualität rechnen sollten. Dobrý den, celkově bychom ubytování hodnotili kladně, máme však dvě podstatné připomínky. Binz je lázeňské město, kde není snadné zaparkovat na ulici. Proto je při příjezdu a odjezdu problematické vyložit zavazadla před domem. Při příjezdu jsme byli nuceni zastavit v blízkosti kanceláře, abychom si vyzvedli klíče, a okamžitě nás vyfotografovali. Nevím, jak to bude dál. Druhá připomínka se týká odlišné představy o přistýlce. Mnoho pokojů je inzerováno jako 2+1. Měl jsem možnost vidět 4 pokoje, ale přistýlku bych hodnotil jako velmi stísněné místo na spaní a doporučuji s ní během pobytu nepočítat. Pokoje nejsou nijak zvlášť velké, takže pro normální pohodlí byste měli počítat pouze se dvěma postelemi v obvyklé hotelové kvalitě.

Very nice apartment in a central location 2 minutes away from the beach front.

Mattress could improve a bit.

Located very near to the beach and it had all the necessities that we needed!

As the location is near to the beach you hear a lot of noise even during late night which disturbed our sleep!

That it was near the beach, barely 100 metres away!! The location is top notch!

That we cannot see the beach from our apartment, because there’s another building in front. In the summers when the heat becomes peak, ac’s will be needed but there are no such services, not even fans.

Perfect location, very clean, cozy.

We were only for 3 nights and for me was too much furniture in the room. Park place is little bit too far. Unfortunately the view from balcony was directly to the small street where all neighbors park the bikes. I just didn’t expected the ground floor. For 3 days it’s fine
