Die Lage

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Kühlschrank war dreckig, von Vorgänger nicht aufgetaut. Ụ̈berall hingen Spinnennetze und das Bad war nicht sauber

Die Lage war top und der Check-In unkompliziert. Für unsere kleine Gruppe war die Unterkunft grundsätzlich in Ordnung.

Einige Dinge sollten repariert werden – z. B. kaputte Falltüren bei Bad und Schlafzimmer sowie ein nicht funktionierender Rollladen im Wohnzimmer. ( Dort befindet sich die Schlafcouch).Das Bad ist recht alt, aber die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für dieses Apartment leider nicht. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht überzeugend.

Direkt im Zentrum, eine kurze Strecke zum Hafen mit vielen guten und günstigen Restaurants, direkt am Wasser. Viele Möglichkeiten zum baden.

Ist uns nichts aufgefallen

Very nicely decorated and very central to Friedrichshafen. The beds were extremely comfy we were very impressed. The property was also very clean ans good size for a group of 4 to stay comfortably.

The neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. The shower was not great, it did not have a good stream.

The location was central.

The flat was not clean, rubbish was left from previous users. Smoke detectors were missing or disabled and the 2 that were there were incorrectly fitted. The shower door was missing rollers, light was poor in general with some defective bulbs. There was extensive noise from the Tandoori restaurant next door. Despite booking a 2 bed unit only one bed was made up and there wasn’t any sheets for the second room, never mind the sofabed. There wasn’t any sheets a very strong smell of smoke and cigarette burns visible on kitchen table. Large cobwebs hung from the ceiling. The proprietor was slow to respond and didn’t sort the lack of bedlinen until the second day when a bag with one set of linen was left outside the door.

Cozy and stylish apartment with an unbeatable location. Highly recommended.

The apartment was super well equipped, plenty of dishes + basic cooking supplies and coffee, was really appreciated. The apartment is also super cute and well decorated, we had a great stay!

We had issues with the power tripping off during our stay, however the host promptly found a solution so we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay :)
