Centerapartments Marienstrasse

The apartment is in a great location between the central station/Hauptbahnhof and the main sights of the city, more or less within the little Tokyo area. It is great for walking around and sightseeing as well as eating some excellent Japanese food. The apartment is reasonably stocked with kitchenware for eating in and has a baby bed available. The shower has good water pressure and the beds are fairly comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious even with the large number of beds.

The check-in process was a bit confusing as the entry to the apartment has no distinguishing features and it is all operated remotely (unlike the description, we did not meet with anyone for key handover). There was no lift to the apartment even though a lift was mentioned in the description. Despite the description saying that a washing machine and dishwasher are available, there wasn't any detergent available. If we had known we could have brought our own detergent but this aspect wasn't mentioned.

The apartment was in a good, central location. It was well equipped with cooking and washing facilities. It was clean, spacious and with a good standard of decor.

We arrived on a cold day barely above zero and the heating was turned off so it was very cold to start with. It did warm up but it would have been much nicer to arrive to a warm space.

Great apartment in a convenient location (close to the station and shopping areas). Very clean, host was in touch several times to check if everything was going well/if we had any requests or questions. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Düsseldorf!
