Great hospitality. prompt and helpful reply from the host

The apartment was pleasant and relatively spacious.

There was only one small portable air conditioning unit which needed venting out of the holes in the walls. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave so it was impossible to reduce the temperature in the apartment. The shower cubicle leaked very badly, soaking the floor in front of it and around the toilet area. There was nothing to mop this up with. When we arrived my wife was feeling unwell and I asked if we could enter the apartment early but this was refused so spent several hours sat in the car in the car park. Also the price shown for the car par nearby was wrong and also it had restricted operating hours which made it difficult when one of my sons had to be collected from Amsterdam and they returned late to the apartment.

The location is perfect - right in the heart of the city, yet at a quiet street. The facilities are great and the apartment is specious.

There is no elevator (but the apartment is located on the first floor, so it's not much of an issue).

The location is excellent and the apartment works well for a short break. Contact with the property was easy and responsive.

Location and room cleanness are good, and the staff was very helpful..

The shower room glass divider must had an issue, so after taking a shower, the shower room floor was completely wet.

The host was very friendly and you could always reach out to them if there's any problem. In addition he/she answered very fast. The apartment in general was comfortable and the facilities were also nice. The location was super near to Königsallee. We only had to walk around 10 minutes to get to the Altstadt and to the train station.

We didn't like that the apartment was quite loud. You could hear the neighbours and sometimes people walk through the hallway very loudly. If you are a light sleeper, it could disturbed your sleep.
