Everything in the place is perfect .

I waited too long to get inside the building because no one answered the phone calls and took too long time to read the chat messages in What’s app even I informed my arrival in advance.

With a kitchen, we could cook simple breakfast. Like the washing machine where we could wash some of our clothes and there are sufficient cloth hangers too.

The apartment was located somewhere else and not the address on bookings. It was not told to us in advance and when we arrived at the address on bookings, we had to message the property and that is when they told us its not that apartment. We had to pull our luggage and walk 15mins to the apartment allocated to us. The experience is no good! There is a portable aircon in the room but its very loud and not cold enough. Kitchen is very warm as the air conditioner does not "reach" there. No lift in the apt building so we had to carry our "heavy" luggage up the flight of stairs.

The apartment was very central and easily reachable on foot from the main station. The apartment was very clean and the staff friendly. Check-in was contactless and very easy.

The apartment was loud at times, but this is to be expected with a central location. Some parts of the apartment could use a bit of paint to look more new.

the location was really good and everything important nearby.

The location is excellent and the beds comfortable. it was clean.

The shower leaked so badly (raised up two steps) we had standing water in the bathroom at all times throughout our 3 night trip. We asked the host for towels to mop up excess but didn’t receive any. There was only one set of keys which meant our group of 4 couldn’t split up. The main area needs a lick of paint.
