Lage: nah an Zeche Zollverein, kostenfreies Parken möglich Haben 2 Wohnungen gemietet. Gut isolierte Wohnungen; man hörte die Menschen im Haus nicht oder kaum, solange alle im Hau waren. Allerdings wenn die Fenster offen waren (auf Grund der Temperaturen notwendig) schallte es laut von der Straße hoch-> dafür kann der Vernieter/ Eigentümer nichts, allerdings gab es die Möglichkeit des Aufenthaltes im Hinterhof. Hier schallte es bis nach 1 Uher nachts noch in den 1. Stock. Mikrowelle, kein Backofen Kaum Ausstattung in Küche: es fehlte z b. Ein Sieb eine Salatschüssel und Salatbesteck, kein Abtroxkentuch dabei Betten waren weich. Das ist Geschmackssache, Achtung: Kopfkissen sehr dick! Keine Haken im Bad für die Handtücher, kaum Ablage

Es fehlten ein paar Informationen ( wo kann man Essen gehen, was kann man machen, nächster Arzt, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit, glascontainer etc..) Wo ist der Müllraum, eine Art Info zum Verhalten auf dem Hinterhof Dusche bei der 2. Wohnung nicht in Ordnung.

Der CHECK in war einfach und über das Telefon wurde alles super erklärt damit wir in unser Zimmer kommen konnten. Er wurde alles super erklärt. Parkplatz suche war etwas schwierig da es eine Wohngegend ist.
