דירת סטודיו מאוד מרווחת, מצויידת בכל טוב. תאורה נפלאה בכל חלקי החדר הענק הזה. מקלחת גדולה ונוחה.

שולחן האוכל קטן מדי, אין כרים נוספים, אין טוסטר. רצוי להוסיף קולבים במקלחת. תהליך הצ'קאאוט מסורבל ואורך הרבה זמן.

Architektonisch interessantes Gebäude, Innenstadt gut mit Fahrrad oder Tram zu erreichen, Restaurant im Gebäude, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Döner alles in nächster Nähe. Unweit Erholungsgebiet mit See und Spazierwegen. Das Apartment ist schön und geräumig genug, um wirklich ein bisschen zu "wohnen" und nicht nur eine Übernachtungslösung.

Nur Kleinigkeiten und natürlich ist es nicht ganz günstig, aber dafür eben auch nobel.
