They charged me extra of €45 per night for a child of 6 years old as i missed to include him in my booking although the apartment can accommodate more than our number. Its a very high price and i felt that the hotel took advantage of my situation and charged this.

Ok, clean, and new, but, and it's a big but, too many small prints that they don't even tell you about. For a start, the washing machine and the dryer are not inside the apartment, it is shared for the entire floor, and not only that you need to pay for electricity coins in order to use it, nothing mentioned in the description of booking.com, Not only that, the "king size bed" is just two beds that are not even attached by the same sheet, it's just two mattresses and beds right next to each other. Moreover....you dont have gatbage bags? You need to buy it by yourself, you don't have toilet paper? again, you need to buy it by yourself, you dont have dishwasher tablets? Or even a Scotch Bright to clean your dishes? You need to buy it by yourself. So clean, new, good a/c, we got our apartment one hour before checkin time but nothing else, disappointing. Btw parking is 15 euro per day that you pay upfront for the entire stay.... You need to fix the Info tab it is stated there that the parking is 12 euro per day. To sum everything up it feels like they tried their best to do the minimum needed and even less....

Nice, modern and comfortable apartment with secure underground parking, Several cafes, restaurants and shops close by with a tram stop outside which is a 10 minute ride into the city centre.

super clean apartment .. security .. the apartment is very new and it’s a perfect choice if you’re visiting Freiburg or Europapark.

there was a bad smell in the corridor but it didn’t impact is in the room.

الموقع ممتاز جدا بجانبه مطعم ايطالي لذيذ و كافيه به جلسه داخليه جميله و انواع مختلفه من المخبوزات اللذيذه و ايضا بالقرب من الجمعيه و الصيدليه و بعض المطاعم المختلفه .. المكان نظيف و واقي جدا متوفر به كل وسائل الراحه ..

تم الزامي بدفع مبلغ تأمين بقيمة 200 يورو للشقه الواحده مما اثر على اقامتي حيث انه لو تم حجز المبلغ من خلال الفيزا ايضا يستغرق فك الحجز على المبلغ مده طويله .. ولم يلزمني اي فندق ممن اقمت لديهم بدفع تأمين .. و عندما ابلغتهم انه في حال حدوث اي امر سأدفع المبلغ المطلوب رفضوا و ابلغوني انه سيتم الغاء الحجز ..
