-wenig Geschirr, Töpfe, kein Schneidbrett -recht harte, sehr kleine Aufbettung (Bett 3 bis 6)

Gute Lage für Unternehmungen in der Stadt und der Umgebung.

Die Hinweise einiger Vormieter werden vom Vermieter nicht umgesetzt, z.B. die fehlenden Haken im Bad.

2 große Teetassen wären schön gewesen, ansonst gut

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen.

Die Heizung wurde erst am zweiten Tag meines Aufenthaltes angestellt, und das nur auf Nachfrage. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte überhaupt nicht, auch auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter wurde nichts geändert. Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Haken o.ä., um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Mehrfach wird man vom Vermieter aufgefordert, die Haustür abzuschließen, an dieser hängt jedoch eine Aufschrift: Nicht abschließen!

Almost everything was perfect:) I especially liked a long list of to-dos before leaving the apartment 😅 (hopefully, we did everything correctly 🤞)

No heating at all🥴 If you turn the heater even to 5, the heaters will still be cold 🥶 My friends got cold and sick:( Besides that, please take into account that the flat is on the 3rd floor and no elevator presents. I hurt my leg skiing, and it was a big issue🤭

Location, big bathroom, comfortable beds, simple key delivery.

The property was not clean - trash bins were full, towels wasn't changed, we found socks of previous guest under the bed. The property was for 5 persons, but in kitchen were only 2 tea spoons, no cups for tea, only for espresso.

The flat was attractive and well located. Spotlessly clean and well equipped.

There was no functioning light on the final two flights of stairs which was dangerous in the dark with a suitcase and would have made it very difficult to find the exit in an emergency. I reported this immediately to the host but got only the response that they had passed the information on to the house association which didn’t result in any stair lights being fixed during my stay. Impossible to log in to WiFi although I do know how to do it! The host sent a photo but I already knew how to do it. Final response from host was that nobody else had had a problem!
