The quality of the facilities was excellent - lovely setting, very central. Really attractively done apartment.

The 57 steps to get there. I didn't know it was on the 3rd floor, and really would like to have known beforehand. And some large cups (or mugs) would have been nice - not everyone drinks coffee!
