Sehr gute Lage für den Messebesuch, unkomplizierte Übergabe. Zwei Straßen weiter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Auswahl an Gastronomie. Zwei Zimmer, beide mit Fernseher ausgestattet.

Ältere Räumlichkeiten, die zwar gepflegt sind, aber man merkt es trotzdem an. Das Bad könnte eine kleine Erneuerung vertragen. Räume waren schlecht belüftet bei Ankunft.
