La ubicación, iluminación natural excelente, muy bien ventilada.la cocina muy bien equipada. Llave de sensor excelente.

Чудове розташування помешкання, поряд супермаркети, зупинка трамвая, безкоштовна парковка у сусідніх вуличках. До центру пішки 15 хв. Помешкання дуже чисте, є все необхідне.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral, schöne Gegend geräumige Zimmer und man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten die sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zudem ist der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und nett!

Very clean apartment, the beds were comfortable, the rooms quite big. Easy to find with the description we got, both the boxes with keys and the apartment itself. On the ground floor, so easy access and there were external blinds in the windows for privacy. WiFi worked, water pressure and temperature was good, what else could you wish for? ;) Great place to stay with pets - no carpets or rugs, no unnecessary knick-knacks, the single live plant can be moved into the hallway if necessary. No frills, but the price was very good!

Two things inside: - please, get some better kitchen utensils - more forks, a spatula appropriate for a teflon pan - a mop and bucket would be nice, there is no way to clean the floor efficiently if you spill something while cooking Parking outside is street parking that needs to be paid in a machine that only accepts coins, so be prepared (there isn't much the host can do about it, it's the town that is responsible for that, but maybe send that info in your welcome message, so people are prepared?)

tres contente de l'accueil, la reception etait ouverte et Danilo toujours pret a nous aider, l'emplacement etait trés bien, on peut aller a pied au centre ville

De locatie was voor ons perfect. Tram naar Altstadt en Neustadt is ideaal en praktisch voor de deur. Met name ook het 'alledaagse' Neustadt sprak ons erg aan (buiten het traditionele Altstadt natuurlijk). En natuurlijk de kamer mét een terrasje waar het heerlijk toeven was op warme avonden.
