Gute Lage zum Zentrum. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Frauenkirche. Martkhal direkt in der Nähe zum einkaufen. Parkplätze in der Nähe, kostenpflichtig 6 Euro/pro Tag. Check in kontaktlos gut funktioniert.

Wohnung wirkte in die Jahre gekommen, neuer Anstrich wäre toll. Unser Bett war auf einer Seite die Matratze durchgelegen/Federn gebrochen, daher sehr unbequem. Kühlschrank und Mikro sahen von innen auch nicht einladend aus. Im Badezimmer fällt Dreck aus dem Abzug direkt auf die Toilette. Fazit, einige Mängel die man mit wenig Aufwand und Geld beheben könnte.

Sehr gute Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Zentrum gegenüber einer Markthalle mit Café und allem was man braucht . Perfekt für unseren Dresden Trip.

Very clean, had the basics, very warm.

Noise from the neighbours was intolerable. Can’t be helped by the accommodation but anybody booking should be aware. We only stayed two nights it was enough.

1. Personnel is friendly, responsive and really helps. 2. Great location, just 15-20 minutes to walk to old town center with main sightseeings & museums. 3. Due to curtains/roller shutters it's possible to have almost 100% darkness in the bedrooms. 4. Rather silent - despite the road is close, it not disturbs. 5. There was no problem to pay in cash on arrival. 6. Remote control to unlock the doors looks progressive, but you still need to twist the locks.

1. In description it's written "FREE ON-SIGHT PARKING", but it's not on-sight and it's not free. There're a lots of silent streets nearby with parking machines charging 6 euros (in coins) per parking day (for example at Oberer Kreuzweg 4). 2. It's a 1st floor, which is too close to ground level, ceilings are rather low too and with sometimes insufficient lights it looks a bit too dark inside. 3. It's not new - some small issues are here and there in furniture and in shower and in kitchen etc. 4. No washing machine. 5. No soap in the bathroom. 6. Lots of dust everywhere - on surfaces and on floors and on electric heater in bathroom. I'd rate this apartments higher if it was just clean.

The flat did not match the expectations raised by the pictures. Providing more than just half a toilet paper roll for three people on a weekend stay would have also been appreciated, as perhaps some water upon arrival.
