Easy access at any time of day / night. Easy to leave the keys when we left the property very early in the morning. The area was wonderful to stay in. Cheaper car parking was easily accessed and there was no real need to use the car

The only slight issue was the distance to the car park. This wasn't an issue for us but should be considered for other users. It took about 20' minutes to walk to it. As I say, not a problem for us.

Stellenweise etwas zu minimalistisch, im 2. Zimmer etwas klappriges Bett und keine Nachttischlampen, Fernseher funktioniert nicht so gut, nur ein Küchentuch, Haare in den Abflüssen

Location 1. Next to a flowing river/stream 2. Quiet neighbourhood - it is located within a cluster of residential properties. No loud noises, no thoroughfare, nothing at all 3. Convenience - Walking distance from Freiburg Hauptbahnhof. If you dont prefer to walk, take a tram. Everything that you need (food, apparel, shoes, ice cream, medicines, etc.) is in a radius of a quarter kilometer The property 1. Key wass in a lock box next to a restaurant. Owner shared code to the lock box. I punched in the code, a single key dropped down 2. Room in divided into receiving area, living room/kitchen/eating area, bedroom (bunk bed), bedroom (normal bed) and bathroom. Everything was spotless and ready to be used 3. Kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (pad), wasserkocher, four-hob stove, oven, dishwashwer, chimney and a fridge. Everything was functional. 4. It also had cutlery, some excellent knives, pots and pans, dishes and bowls. We also found a salad spinner 5. Bathroom is equipped with a basin/sink, a WC and a shower stall. There was also a hair dryer and additional handwash 6. Television showed local channels, no streaming services. We binged on some series, whenever we were indoors 7. Wifi works very well Summary It has everything you need in a home away from home.

- Slightly difficult to find the room - It is on the first floor, no doubt about that. But, the main door lies behind another door. We came to know of this only after we called them. Before that, we lugged our multiple bags throughout the buidling, trying the key at all doors - Lack of microwave - everything that needed heating/reheating had to be done on the hob/stove - Door handle on the bathroom was not attached securely to the door. With every pull, the handle just detached itself from the door. On day two, we learnt how to handle the, well, handle - Only one dishwasher tab was given. For a family staying for more than five days with limited dishes/pots/pans and cutlery, we expect one tab/day, at the very least - Bedroom with bunk bed had no heating. Thankfully, a portable heater was given - Bedroom with normal bed has a glass wall, resulting in reduced privacy - We could not find garbage bins. We left our segregated garbage inside the room Minor complaints - Curtain rod (the one next to dining table) was not sealed at one end. So, when we opened the curtain, it just spilled out. I had to put them back, one by one - We would have preferred two keys - No coffee pods provided - TV is installed high on the wall. You have to lean way back and/or invite pain in the neck - Shower door did not close totally. Leading to water puddling, be aware of this when you exit the shower - No curtains in bedroom (normal bed), only electric shutters

Trop peu d'ustensiles pour la cuisine, ni de condiments de base type sel/poivre ou petites dosettes de sucre. Pas pratique pour cuisiner alors que j’avais pris un appartement avec kitchenette justement pour ça.

L’emplacement est parfait au cœur de la vieille ville. L’appartement est spacieux et tranquille.

Nous aurions apprécié avoir quelques produits de base pour la cuisine, sel, poivre. Quelques capsules de café pour le premier matin, du savon dans la douche. C’est le seul commentaire négatif que nous avons.

The location is fantastic! Right in the pedestrian area. Tons of little shops, cafes and restaurants close by and less than a 5 min of walking to the tram.
