Great location, close to everything. Very comfortable bed! Quick response from host.

It would have been nice to have a few staples provided in the kitchen. Coffee pods for the machine, sugar, salt.

Great location in town centre. Nice apartment with plenty of space. Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. Answered phone quickly when had a couple of issues. Tram stops nearby so easy to get to from the main railway station. Warm and plenty of natural sunlight.

Up a steep staircase so awkward carrying suitcases. Lighting in kitchen area poor. No chopping board. No flat baking tray or cooking dish that could put on an oven shelf so had to keep using the large heavy full width one that comes with the oven and slides into sides. Had no hot water for shower on one morning. This turned out to be an issue with the whole building and was resolved when we came back after a day out. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling in main bedroom

Absolutely beautiful property. Spotlessly clean, lots of space, great kitchen and toilet facilities, very comfortable bed and sofa bed too, and a great view of the Gewerbekanal and Fischerau street below. The location so close to the Altstadt is fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here if you have 1-4 people to accommodate. Also, the host Alex was super friendly and helpful with every need.

Very hard to complain about anything. Maybe a spare kitchen towel would have been useful or ways to regulate the heating as it can get a little bit warm. But really, these are not issues at all in my opinion!
