Spacious 3-bedroom apartment near Eilbekpark

It was very well located.One of the washrooms was really spacious. The sitting area was also spacious and comfortable.The bus stop was a stone’s throw from the apartment.

The apartment is excellent: spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. It had everything to make our stay perfect.

The check-in experience was appalling. We were given the wrong code, left outside with two children and luggage, and treated as if we were lying instead of receiving real help. This alone ruined what could have been a perfect stay. Also, the cleaning was far from acceptable: one toilet was dirty on arrival, the brush had toilet paper residue and the carpets were full of dust and hair. Hospitality is more than real estate. Learn it.

Cicha okolica, parking na ulicy, blisko do metra, autobusu. Do centrum około 40 minut. Apartament zadbany, czysty, brak klimatyzacji ale jest przyjemnie. Duża łazienka + WC dodatkowo, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Materace jak dla mnie za miękkie ale to jest opinia subiektywna. Przydałyby się dwa klucze, gdyby ktoś chciał wyjść np do sklepu. Polecam ten apartament.

- The property is very well furnished. It looks just like the photos - The area is quiet with free parking options, a fast charger and super markets and restaurants nearby (walking distance) - 15 mins drive to the city center by car so it was very convenient - Getting access to the apartment through lock box was easy - Functional kitchen with utensils and dishwasher although for the amount we paid keeping small bottles of sugar, salt, pepper and a few tea bags wouldnt be too much to ask.

We booked this property specifically because it was advertised as having two bathrooms, which was essential as we were two families traveling together. However, upon arrival, we discovered that there is only one actual bathroom with shower facilities. The second "bathroom" is merely a separate toilet with no shower, this is misleading and does not meet the expectations set by the listing which clearly state 2 bathrooms. This created a significant inconvenience for us during our stay. Every morning, we had to take turns to shower, which disrupted our plans and forced us to spend more time in the apartment than intended. After reading through more reviews during our stay, we found that this issue had been raised by previous guests as well, yet the property has still not corrected the misleading description on Booking.com. We reported this to Booking.com five days ago, but as of today, the listing still falsely claims to offer two bathrooms. This raises concerns about the intent behind the misrepresentation and suggests a deliberate attempt to mislead potential guests. Adding to the frustration, we paid over €400 per night for this property, which is by no means a budget option. Had we known it only had one bathroom, we would have chosen a more reasonably priced alternative with 1 bathroom. We basically paid for a facility which did not exist which to me is unacceptable. In addition, the check-in and check-out times are highly inconvenient for guests. Check-in is only allowed after 16:00, while check-out is required by 10:00, leaving a very narrow window for stay, especially considering the high nightly rate. To make matters worse, even a modest extension of 30 minutes early or late incurs an additional charge of €30 to €40, which feels excessive and unreasonable.
