Spacious 3-bedroom apartment near Eilbekpark

Super spacious and quiet apartment. Loads of free street parking close by. Very well equipped kitchen Great central heating dried our clothes overnight

Access codes need to be updated in the instructions- out of date and took a little while to sort out

The location is great (we travelled around by train) and the apartment was very comfortable, clean and warm.

We had issues with the letting service company. First they asked for a deposit paid through a third party website which I wasn't thrilled about, and then there was issues with the deposit going through which meant back and forth emails while travelling. Also it took an hour for us to get the door key from the lockbox. They had sent us the wrong code and I had to send messages via whatsapp to sort it out. They kept sending me the same instructions to access the lockbox (some of it out of date) but then they eventually realised we had been given the wrong information and sent us the right code. I wouldn't recommend staying here or this reason. Standing outside in the cold being unable to gain access to your accommodation is not a great start to a holiday and there is nobody on site to help you

Very spacious apartment, with attention to details, yet very practical and clean. It had everything we needed. Located in the beautiful building with a playground and a lot of greenary.

The living room has a cigarette smoke smell, even though the rules of the stay ask guests to not smoke.

It was big, clean, well equipped and well located.

We had only one key for the door.

We stayed here as a group of 9 people and we had so much space, the hallway is huge, the bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and there's a cute little kitchen that has everuthing you need to prepare simple meals. The shower was great, and the dining room had enough space to eat dinner/ sit on the sofa and have a chat too it was perfect. It was great to stay here and relax in comfort and style. Its incredibly clean too!

The beds were too soft for me as I prefer a firm mattress however this depends on each individual some of us in the group found the beds comfortable
