Location close to public transport

Host did not answer to any of our questions and has not send the final invoice even 2 weeks after the stay and even if we asked for it 3 times already.

It was close enough to the nearest bus station and underground train station. We stayed here while attending Anuga at the Koelmesse, and it was easy and quick enough to get to the Messe. The host did respond quickly to messages once we were checked in for our stay, contrary to our experience beforehand. We requested that the pillows be changed as the ones we had had no support. They were promptly changed.

It is extremely overpriced for what you get. We did not expect much from this property when booking, as we had browsed through the photos available on the listing. However, it did not even meet the expectations set in the photos. The shower head is not fixed, causing you to have to hold it by hand during your shower. The space between the shower and toilet is non-existent causing you to have to put one foot in the shower when sitting down. The neighbours are very noisy, and the halls are constantly smelling like smoke and other substances. We also struggled to keep the windows open for fresh air, as smoke would fill the apartment from neighbours smoking on the adjacent balconies at all hours of the night.

Near 600m from subway. Clear. Near school and church. Near supermarket. The owner is very supportive. Thank you.

I can say the hallway and stair are not clean.
