Room has heater, fridge and microwave

Autodoor lock doesn't work properly. It's very difficult to get out and almost missed the reserved taxi because the lock was not opened and i couldn't get out from the room for 20 mins. Bathroom does not have shower hanger. Very difficult to take a shower No rubbish bin in both room and bathroom Public area is extremely dirty.
