Nicely restructured spacious apartment in an old building, with a lot of natural light. The bathroom was excellent.

The motorway is very close and the windows do not provide enough isolation, so the noise bothered us at night. We also missed a microwave oven. There is no lift, and going up the three floors with suitcases can be challenging.

We loved our stay at the Big Oyster. The apartment was very clean, large, with beautiful wooden floors and modern appliances. Great view, too. Our contact person Jenny was super nice and helpful.

Excellent position within walking distance of city centre, Saarland State Theatre, museums, restaurants, riverside walks etc. Large well-appointed rooms.

A few minor repairs needed: 1. The door handle to the main front door of the building and the one for the bedroom door in the small Auster Apartment are both very loose and easily fall off. 2. The can opener doesn't work. 3. Kitchen clock doesn't work.

Stylish apartment with minimal approach, wood on the floor with withe and grey colors that I really appreciate. The kitchen is provided of all basics and something more and you can always find some coffe caps immediately available. Like to be at home.
