The apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed and in a convenient location.

Our only suggestions would be: (1) repair/service the external window shutters as some do not work properly. This meant it wasn't possible to completely exclude the morning sunshine/heat nor properly dampen the noise from the main road nearby. (The vines on the outside of the building might be interfering with the operation of some of the outside shutters?) (2) please supply a can opener which is easy to operate and some simple written instructions for using the oven.

"Superb"

Very nice location in a residential area of the town. Nice old villa; comfortable, large appartment. Very nice owners who were willing to help with unexpected problems caused by a third party. Although the appt is close to the busy highway there are good windows and almost no noise came through.
