Staff were lovely. Location and facilities were amazing. Fabulous views.

We were a party of two guests, but were charged an extra premium because we didn’t want to sleep in the same bed (we’re not a couple). This involved opening up a sofa bed and moving a sheet, pillow, and cushion - I think that probably cost €50. The apartment was not clean. Crumbs on the table, floor and worktops. Crumbs and stains inside the sofa bed. Large balls of accumulated dust in the bedroom in the corner next to the window.

Couldn’t have been a better location to visit Colditz castle it’s literally right out the front door. If travelling on public transport it’s not easy and buses very infrequent. Nice big property has everything you need and great views. Lots of stairs to carry luggage up though. Loved it.
