Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa Coorg

The villa rooms were very spacious, and offered 2 bathrooms. The view was magnificent. The pool was temperature controlled. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We loved the hiking and the trekking. The guides were very knowledgeable and patient with the city people :))

The cool and serene atmosphere; a place far away from the noise and pollution of cities, eco-friendly buildings, and the surrounding rainforests are plus points of Taj Madikeri.

The dinner at ferntree was belo par. However, the breakfast was generous and scrumptious. There were lot of activities like hiking, kayaking and zipline for those who love adventure.

The property is beautiful and could be great if some logic and thought went into the day to running of all the facilities Nikhil who served us at the grill was incredible, he was the only stand out person who really looked after all his guests

It was very hard to get around No site tour so while not easily being able to get a buggy we also had no way to work out on day one what was where. Not all facilities operational which is not ideal for a property of this caliber and cost. Steam room not working in ladies area next to the indoor pool Outdoor pool by the grill not functioning day one and on the second day it was only make available when we instructed the team member there to set up beds No managers visible throughout

It is a magical place, from nature walks to the rooms, food, the spa, and everybody's care. We are already planning to go back. Local culture and care for nature is extra bonus.
